Mr. Sebastian has 14 years of experience in building energy analysis, building automation systems, building energy analysis tool design, and building science research.

He joined TEES in 2011 and has been working in the Energy Systems Lab, where he divides his time between the Software Development group and the CC©  group. He has helped design all the tools used in the CC©  process while doing his Ph.D. part time, and managing, growing and providing technical support and training to the 10 engineering firms that are licensees of the CC® process.

He has been involved in many CC©  projects for various entities such as hospitals, cities, commercial buildings and independent school districts. He continues to split his time between hands on CC©  and CC©  software development. The goal being to make the CC© tools help th CC©  licensees and specialists become more efficient while leveraging the latest in technology and research.

Recent projects that he has been part of with the ESL include Continuous Commissioning©  for Veterans Affair Hospitals at Raleigh, Salem, Fayetteville, Manhattan, Brooklyn and St. Albans.

Mr. Christman, P.E., has 14 years of experience in developing software tools to assist in building energy analysis and commissioning. He is the lead mechanical engineer in the software development team for Continuous Commissioning® at the Energy Systems Lab.

Before joining the ESL full-time in 2010, he earned his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University. His graduate research was in the HVAC field, specifically in identifying methods for non-invasive power measurement of pumps and fans. He has worked on field projects that implement the Continuous Commissioning® process, from preliminary assessment to full implementation, and has been responsible for the design of various software tools developed in the Lab for analyzing buildings.

He has led the software team in developing multiple tools: HVAC simulation software, BAS trend-data analysis software, and M&V software.

Eric Jirikowic (JARE-I-KOE-WIC) has been with Ring & DuChateau, a large Wisconsin MEP design firm with multiple offices, for 11 plus years. Eric came to the commissioning team 7 years ago from the R&D HVAC design team where he was developing 3D MEP models and utilizing clash detection analysis tools as part of the coordination process. 

The 10 person strong Ring & DuChateau commissioning team primarily works throughout Wisconsin. While their commissioning team works on a diverse array of projects including Select Agent BSL3 labs, much of Eric’s focus is with Healthcare Facilities and Higher Education (UW-Madison and Marquette). 

Eric has a 6 year old daughter and 2 year old son who keep him and his wife very busy. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with their children, golf, carpentry, blacksmithing, and assembling CxAlloy data bases.

                                                    Eric Jirikowic
                                                    _Ring & DuChateau

                                                    Eric Jirikowic (JARE-I-KOE-WIC) has been with Ring & DuChateau, a large Wisconsin MEP design firm with multiple offices, for 11 plus years. Eric came to the commissioning team 7 years ago from the R&D HVAC design team where he was developing 3D MEP models and utilizing clash detection analysis tools as part of the coordination process. 

                                                    The 10 person strong Ring & DuChateau commissioning team primarily works throughout Wisconsin. While their commissioning team works on a diverse array of projects including Select Agent BSL3 labs, much of Eric’s focus is with Healthcare Facilities and Higher Education (UW-Madison and Marquette). 

                                                    Eric has a 6 year old daughter and 2 year old son who keep him and his wife very busy. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with their children, golf, carpentry, blacksmithing, and assembling CxAlloy data bases.

                                                      Jacob Terry is the director of CxAlloy. He has been working on CxAlloy software in some form for over 19 years. A self-taught programmer, he has a BA in print journalism and an MBA from Georgia Tech. In his free time he mostly wrangles his four children, but occasionally still finds time to play the latest Nintendo game.
